Patnem Central Studios – a comfortable stay that makes you feel like home.

Our aim is to satisfy your need for a relaxed, convenient, comfortable, and deluxe stay in Goa – close to the beach.

We are offering three recently completely renovated self-contained studio apartments, with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen combined in one spacious area.

The fully furnished studio apartments offer amenities to meet all your basic needs to make it your home away from home. Patnem Central is located in the heart of Patnem, at a walkable distance to the beautiful Patnem beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

We had a great stay here. The host was wonderful and was there at all times to help us in case of anything. Felt as if we were at home.

Great place to stay, very clean rooms, good service and the host Nikhil is simply great, he is always available for you… Location is very good and the beach is pretty close and beautiful..Glad that we stayed here and would love to be back…

Beautiful property to say the least .The room is is exactly as shown in photos . Right on the prime central location where beach is just 3-4 min away walking , Everything is just a step away from property. Restaurant , Departmental store are just downstairs only .Coming to the room ,It is recently renovated and that gives presence of a 4 star hotel room .All amenities were there in the room .The Host Nikhil was very much helpful and also accomodating on the checkin and checkout timingsOnly thing missing was a LED TV .Wifi was more or less good .2 Water bottles were provided on the 1st day ,then you have to purchase it on your ownCleaning is done on alternate days of room .Although if urgently needed you can request for the same .

Rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Nikhil was an excellent host and looked after us throughout our stay. Rooms were cleaned and linens changed regularly. Would definitely stay with Nikhil again.

This studio apartment covers all the must haves – clean, good linen, good shower, good Aircon. The location is also perfect for Patnem, a short walk to the beach and a supermarket and chai shop right opposite. Host Nikhil went out of his way to help with special requests i had.

We stayed at this lovely newly furnished studio aptmt Oct/Nov 2022. Aptmt was clean and bright and bedding was premium hotel quality. Location is great. Grocery store and tea shop is directly opp. The beach is less then 5 min walk.The host, Nikhil , is very accommodating.
