We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately
after placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To confirm your booking we need to receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
  • 10% of the deposit paid will be non-refundable at any instance, unless it is cancelled within 48 HRS of reservation made.
  • Full refund: You will receive 90% of the deposit if you cancel within 48 HRS of reservation made or 90 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel within 7 days of the reservation made or 45 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • No refund: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after 15 days of the reservation made or 15 days prior to the arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a show and no refund will be given.

In case of defective items in the accommodation please report the same
to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained
once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
This should be reported within 24 hours of checking in to the accommodation.

In case you feel that the accommodation is not as shown on the site
or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our
customer service before check-in in to the accommodation. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by PATNEM CENTRAL, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
