Below are our Terms and Conditions you agree with by making the booking request.

  • To confirm your booking we need to receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
  • 10% of the deposit paid will be non-refundable at any instance, unless it is cancelled within 48 HRS of reservation made.
  • Full refund: You will receive 90% of the deposit if you cancel within 48 HRS of reservation made or 90 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel within 7 days of the reservation made or 45 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • No refund: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after 15 days of the reservation made or 15 days prior to the arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a show and no refund will be given.
  • Change of reservation dates are chargeable.
  • Foreign nationals must have their passports (with valid visa) with them when they arrive.
  • Original ID proof documents must be provided at the reception before check-in.
  • Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST and check-out is before 11:00 AM IST.
  • Pay entire reservation price before check-in.
  • Must allow inspection of room before checking-out, we reserve the right to make charges for any violations of our property rules, lost keys, damages to the room, or breakages found before the room is occupied again. 
  • Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change.
  • Coupons are not valid for peak season. Any coupons applied during this time will be discarded.
  • If any coupons or discounts applied does not meet our polices may be discarded immediately.
  • We have white sheets which are delicate, kindly be careful not go in bed with food, drinks, henna or any other substances that may leave stains on the sheets. If Any stains are found you are liable to pay for cleaning or replacement of minimum Rs.500
  • Always ask for the payment receipt copy signed by the manager after making payments. 
  • One must take care of their own belongings and property owner is not responsible for any damage or loss. 
  • Emergency power back-up has limited usage such as lights/fan/mobile & laptop charging. Do not use high voltage appliances at the time of power breakdown. 
  • No pets allowed.
  • No-smoking inside rooms.
