• To confirm your booking we need to receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
• 20% of the deposit paid will be non-refundable at any instance, unless it is cancelled within 48 hours of reservation made.
• Full refund: You will receive 80% of the deposit if you cancel within 48 HRS of reservation made or 90 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
• Partial refund: You will get refund of 50% of the deposit if you cancel within 7 days of the reservation made or 45 days prior to arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
• No refund: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after 15 days of the reservation made or 15 days prior to the arrival date; whichever is the earliest.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a show and no refund will be given.
• Change of reservation dates are chargeable.
